positive news from my attorney today

I just got off the phone with my attorney today and he said he's been getting tons of RFE (mostly employment) on 485 applications filed early 2002 and he added that it's normally followed with approval about 3-4 weeks after BCIS receives the RFE responses.

His last comment was "The dam has finally broken and we're now flooded "

It is about two months since USCIS received my response to RFE (RFE Recvd on 092303) and there is no approval. I know people who are in similar situation for much longer time.
