Position change during LC

HI all,

what are the implications if, during LC processing, i change my position from developer to manager wihtout much change in the salary or kind of work. Only i am now called Product Manager.

You're going to have an up-hill battle convincing DOL and INS that the position is the same with this type of job title change.
 
Since LC is for a future job, why would there be any complications if the current job/title changes... as long as the future job/title (after received GC) would be the one that LC is applied for ?

If the current position (after promotion) is higher then the position stated in LC then usually BCIS would come up with RFE during 140 stage.

It is hard to convince anyone that beneficiary will be demoted to the lower position and less salary in future.
