Here is the case.
1) EB3 - I-140 approved from Compay A with PD of 2002 recently.
2) EB2 -I140 approved from Company B with PD of 2006.
I am going to file 485 with Company B, claiming PD of EB3 labor . In the process, I will attach copy of EB3 I-140 from company A as proof to claim PD of 2002.
Some people were of the opinion another I-140 needs to be filed by Company B to get the PD of 2002.. But Rajvee Khanna is also of the opinion that there is no need of another I-140.
If anybody has taken this route successfully, please post.
