I am Indian born, Canadian citizen.. (spouse is born in Canada)
Back in March 2005, my employer had applied for my EB3 category green card.
Below are the time lines.
Category: EB3
Priority date: March 2005
Labour was approved in 2007 and got EAD in 2007.
In November 2008, got letter for I-485.
Though due to family reasons, I had to leave US and couldn’t respond to I-485.
I have a TN visa and currently working as independent contractor (C2C) in Hybrid role
Can somebody also clarify the retrogression process based on country of birth; Considering my spouse is born in Canada, does it help us from retrogression perspective.
Please advise, what options are there and how to proceed
