Porting from EB3 to EB2

I am really tired of waiting for my GC, please see my signature below. I am thining if I can file an EB2 labor and port the priority dates. Where can I find the requirements / documentations that I need to port from EB3 to EB2 so that I can see if my title "Architect" (IT) and job responsibilities over 10 years of experience help me in this situation.

Are you going to do this porting with the same company, or will you switch to a new company for the EB2 position? Are you aware of the basic EB2 requirements -- that the job must require at least a Masters degree, or bachelors+5 years, in addition to you having those qualifications? Are you aware that experience or education you acquired before joining the company that filed the labor certification/I-140
will generally be disregarded?

You will have to redo the labor certification and I-140 for EB2. You need to talk to the company (and their lawyers, if any) about your desire to port to EB2.
