2. Filed AC21 in nov 2008 - for Position IT QA analyst
No confirmation from USCIS but after that EAD & AP approved.
Question:
I am filing NEW labor under EB2 in order to recapture my Eb3 PD
What position should my employer apply for ?
Eb3 position or position mentioned in AC21 ?
Can you please shed some light - I am confused !
