Porting EB3 Priority Date to EB2 with same employer

Hi,

I have 4.5 years exp in India

I am working for employer A in US from Feb'2000.
Applied for labor in EB3 : April 2003
Labor Approved : May'2006
I-140 Approved : Dec'2006.

I joined with employer B and worked for 9 moths from Nov'2004 to Aug'2005 and came back to employer A.

Can I use these 9 months & 4.5 years india experience and file a different labor under EB2 and use the priority date of EB3 with same employer A,after I-140 approved.
