Firm A sponsored Green Card for X. X got the EAD and finger printing was also done. Firm A lays off X. Is it LEGALLY BINDING for firm A to inform INS that it is no longer sponsoring GC for X ?
The EAD is less than 6 months old - so every thing will go waste. If firm A keeps quite for till the EAD is 6 months old then X becomes portable. What is the answer ?
