Any body aware of the 182 day potability law. I am currently completing 6 mos into I485. Client is pessurizing me to become employee.
I am planning to go ahead and grab the position lookingat the current economic scenario.
Question.... What should I look for. Would th epay stub matter.
Like if my client will offer equivalent or less pay would that be an issue on a RFE for I485.
