Port and entry with Advance Parole

Do I need to show original 485 recepit? Even though I will be using AP, but my status is H1. Sould I need to show H1 approval notice? Will they issue new I-94? Please advise. Thanks.
 
I came in through Minneapolis in November 2005. I was in the same situation with H1 and travelling on AP. The immigration officer never asked me for anything but passport and AP (all three copies since I had them). She stamped and signed all three copies and returned two back. She did the same to the I-94 that was filled in flight before landing.

I had the original H1 approval and original I-485 receipt with me just in case, but she never asked me for those so I never offered. Also, no secondary inspection for me as I heard others talk about it. The whole thing for me and my wife took less than 7 mins.

Did you get your AP.

Hi skp19722003,

I saw your posting earlier that your AP was delayed when and how did you get your AP. I am asking this because we are also waiting for our AP's, need your advise if something has worked for you to get your AP's approved.
