i hope the dates move past the Apr 01 mark without much stagnation, like it did for china. hopefully after that it might smooth sailing for ppl with priority dates in 2002.
the other thing that needs to be looked into is EB1 visa numbers, how many of them are really used. the unused nos should go to the Eb2 quota so hopefully it reduces some in the waiting list. we need to see how many are really waiting for Gc with EB1.
i know...about Eb1...but you can safely bet that there aren't lot of people who are eligible to file EB-1. definitely its not crowded as Eb2 or EB3.
plus its got to be against the same quota country...too. so it does not matter how many europeans or australians get...our fate is tied to the indian Eb1 quota anyways....
