I am Brazilian, I'm 22, and I have schizophrenia since the age of 15, due to reasons in my family and school environment. I am a low-income person. In Brazil, people with schizophrenia do not have adequate treatment, and suffer prejudice from society at large, failing such employment. Where I live people do not like me, and have even tried ameçar me to hit me because I'm strange. I find it hard, but I wonder if I have chance to get political asylum in the US because of my condition. I would like to help me.
