police report instead of fingerprints for green card renewal

:confused: Hello,

My mom turned in her police report to ASC after the machine won't take her fingerprints.

Can anyone have the same experience and share it here? She is worried so much and still waiting for the approval. Does anyone know how soon will receive her new green card?

police report is not good enough she has to do an FBI background check and her name has to clear with no hits on numerous background check systems
