Hi,

I need help regarding PCC.I took my PCC from NY Indian Embassy in Feb'02(My I-140 approved in Jan'02) and my CP process got delayed (My P3 is under review since 1.5 months in NVC).I don't know when i will get interview date(Feb or March'03).Is my PCC is still valid if i get interview in March?How long PCC is valid?Do i need to take another PCC from indian consulate before my interview?

Do i need to take additional PCC's from India(I am working here in US since May'96 - I got 7th year H-1 extension)?

I sent the same question to Chennai consulate, the reply was "PCC is valid for 1 year". I dont know which consulate your's is and its better find from the consulate itself (by sending them an email).

The Police certificate from india is not required.
