Police clearence letter

Hi,
I had applied for I 130 and I 485 for both my parents while they were visiting USA. For timeline see my signature,

At the time of the interview the officer said that my fathers application was in order and approved his case however hesaid that my mothers finger prints were never cleared. He requested a police clearence letter from the local police station where she has been residing in USA for the past 6 months. I got that and mailed it to the office. Now I have not heard from them for the past 3 weeks. My fathers green card came in the mail.
Should I just wait for some more time for my mothers I 485 approval? Anyone had simillar experience?
 
My mother's interview is also on May 15. Her FP also not clear. Can we take PCC before going for the interview.How did they(Police) give PCC ,did they take FP ? Could you please elobrate the steps you have taken to get the PCC from local police station.
