My Fingerprints has rejected twice and now they send my case to the local INS office. Does anybody know if we can get a police clearance ahead of time? Also, did anybody experience this before? Does anybody know how long will it take for the Local INS to schedule an interview? and do the final approval based on police clearance and not FP?
