My fingerprint was rejected both times, during my interview, I was asked to follow up with STATE police clearance for my residence of the last five years. However, one of my residence is in the state of California, which requests the fingerprint for police clearance, I'm going to call the city on Monday to see whether they would be able to provide city police clearance, will that be acceptable? If not, what should I do, what's the policy regarding this? I'm really concerned right now since my fingerprint will probably not be acceptable no matter how many times I try.
