How to obtain police clearence for all places where the beneficiary stayed for more than 6 months after the beneficiary crossed 16 yrs age?

I obtained the application for Police clearance certificate and examined the contents. There is no provision in the application to request for clearance from a place that the beneficiary stayed 10 yrs back. All that the application checks for is if the beneficiary stayed at the "current residence" from more than 2 yrs. If the beneficiary stayed at the current residence for less than 2 yrs, then the applicant has to provide the previous address. Can someone help me on matter please

if you stayed in india you can get the police clearance certificate from any regional passport offices and if the applicant is staying in abroad he can get the same from indian missions abroad. this will take care of the police clearance from india. but if he /she stayed in any other country then the procedure has to be followed with respective country immigration web site
 
PCC is for my spouse who never visited USA

Thanks for yr prompt response. I am applying family based GC for my spouse and I need to get PCC.

1) I was thinking that PCC can be obtained from the District Police HQ. Can one obtain that from Regional passport office?
2) Next question, please refer to my question in the original email. How to obtain PCC from the place where my spouse lived about 10 yrs back?
 
in passport office fill out mislenious service form where you can check mark police clearance certificate and submit it along with passport.this certificate is good enough if she stayed in india for the last 10 years
