Hi All,
My wife had her prints rejected twice (her prints are very faint) and at the interview she was asked to provide a Police Clearance certificate from our local police station. Now since we have lived in the same town for about 9 years, I guess just that one station report would be enough.
She passed the Civics and English exam.
I have some questions:
1. My town is a small town not very used to immigration. Is there any particular format that this police clearance has to be sent in?
2. Assuming that the clearance is sent in, does the process timeline start immediately or are there long delays?
3. Have any other members in this forum had to do this? If so, how long after you sent the Police Clearance did you get your Oath letter?
Replies would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Texas Guy
