Police Clearance from UAE

Hi,

Anybody out there tried to get Police Clearance (PCC) from UAE. Me and my spouse were in Dubai, UAE for a year. Is there any way I could get a PCC from UAE's Embassy in Washington?

Any help is really appreciated.

Yes you can, infact that's the only way for you unless you have relatives in UAE who can take a copy of your PP to the Police station to get clearance. When you call the consulate, they will ask a copy of your FP.
 
Thank you so much vrajbhumi, I am desperately trying to contact the UAE Embassy for the last two days, but of no use. It always go to voice message. Did you do it personally or you know about it? Do you have any details on it? like what is the fee? any application form is available etc?

I posted a reply but I dont know where it went. Anyway.....................It is very difficult to get hold of anybody there. I tried calling from early AM and finally got hold of someone around the early afternoon. They donot have any online application form, but you can try calling other consuler offices too.
