Hello,
My fiancee needs to obtain police clearance. I wanted to confirm that my understanding is correct. The form says
1-That if the applicant is living in the country of nationality for more than 6 months and is above 16, then he/she needs to get police clearance from the local authorities.
2-That if the applicant lived in a different part of the country for more than 6 months and is above 16, then he/she needs to get police clearance from the local authorities.
3-ived in a different country for more than 12 months and is above 16, then he/she needs to get a police clearance from the local authorities.
My fiancee's nationality is Indian, but she was born and has been living in Saudi all her live except for 2 years in the UK, so my understanding is that she would need police clearance from
1- Her current city in Saudi
2- from the city where she lived in the UK
She only needs one clearance from Saudi right despite living in 2 cities? or would she need it from both the cities in Saudi and the city in Uk, so 3 in total?
