Police Clearance and Divorce Documents issued by the right authorities not accepted by the NVC

My Police Clearance and my divorce documents which have been issued by the right authorities with apostille from the Prime Minister office have been rejected twice. The information the NVC has on their website about authorities issuing these documents is wrong and because of this my case is unjustly delayed. Even though the US embassy in my country has emailed the NVC informing them about the authorities issuing these documents, they requested new police clearance and Divorce documents from authorities which do not issue such documents. What should I do? Thanks for your help.

Get a copy of that email sent to NVC by the US Embassy and send that again with the previously submitted divorce documents
if possible.
If not ask the Consular officer of that US Embassy to provide a letter verifying the authencity of those documents.
