Hi,

I am planning to apply for Canada Immrigation.

I have question for Police Certi. I am now in USA on H1b Visa.

Please can you give me steps for Police Certificate and Clearnce

I got Finger print from Local Police station. then What I have to DO ? Please give me step by Step.

send them back to CAnadain INS along with filenumber , if you are doing thru lawyer pass it them to ur lawyer. AS soon as you pass ur finger prints they will further processing
 
Sorry sorry.. you have to send it FBI for clearnance if your in USA
u have to pay 18$ each for person.
once u receive the report from FBI, then do as said earlier. please dont forget to keep pre paid envelop for each person.
