I am an Indian National, currently in USA on F1(student) visa.
My Spouse is a US Citizen, recently married.
Spouse works for US Army currently stationed in South Korea and he Filled my petition (I-130) in U.S. EMBASSY SEOUL.
I have taken a Korean visa to attend my interview there.
My question is do I have to take police clearence certificate from USA police authorities too ? since I have been living in USA for past two years or PPC from the Indian embassy enough which I have already got cleared.
please advice asap.
