How does one go about obtaining a police certificate from KSA if no longer living there?
It seems like KSA consulates do not provide this.
According to reciprocity table (http://www.travel.state.gov/visa/fees/fees_5455.html?cid=9727): "Police clearances are unavailable for third country nationals who no longer reside in the Kingdom". How current is this information?
I saw another document where it does not list KSA as a country from which certificates are not available.
Any experiences?
