Police Certificate from Indonesia

The US Consulate in Sydney has requested that I obtain a "Certificate of Good Conduct" from Indonesia as I spent two years working there.

The requirements are as follows (quoted verbatim):
  • Copy of all passport pages (old and current passport)
  • Four recent color photographs with red background (40cm x 60cm)
  • Copy of KIMS/KITAS (Temporary Stay Permit)
  • Copy of letter from current employer while hiring in Indonesia stating dates of employment (if applicable).
  • Fingerprints
  • Processing fee is approximately 400,000 maximum Rupiah in cash.

These requirements seem to be intended to ensure that I can’t comply personally without being present in Indonesia.

My interpretation of the subtext of these requirements is that I must hire an Indonesian agent (a facilitator you might say) who will be able to interpret these requirements and provide the appropriate documentation to get the “Certificate of Good Conduct”.

Can anyone recommend as US representative of an "agent" who will nurse this process through? My preference is for a contact in the Los Angeles area but any US-based representative will do.

Thanks in advance for any help.
