I have been visitng this forum for quite some time now. I finally decided (could not resist) to join it , just to applaud your efforts to show everyone the light at the end of the tunnel.

Thanks a lot for your kind words. POJ really makes life a lot cheerful in this forum. I would have gone mad without his humorous posts and positive attitude.

This is a tough process for most of us and I figured out a long time ago that the only way I was going to get through this was by sharing information with everyone. I have learnt a lot in the process and have made a lot of new friends. I couldn't possibly ask for more .. except ofcourse a GC approval :)

Thank you for welcoming me.....even though my case looks fast .....here is my story ...My company refused to sponsor my I140 application for 5 years.....so for me it seems like my ND is Aug 2000 :)

First fought the comany ..now am going thru the pains of USCIS....:)

What have you done to trigger your wife's I-485 approval? What are they telling you? Cases seperated?

Thanks for the Welcome. Yes Initially when i contacted them they told me the cases were seperated , The agent said that she put a referral on the files. The next day I received the RFE email from USICS.

Since USICS received the response on 08/24/05 . Iam giving it atleast 2 weeks , before a followup.

I know both Child2 and Wife are with the same office (#73) as both the RFE's came together. Both the LUD's changed together.

So now Iam back in the waiting game....

Hi , i like your great patience !!! Hopefully everybody will be happy at the end !!! My case also was transfered in Miami more than 6 months ago , and still no answer , but i understand that now with the backlog on the number of visas , will have to wait a little longer !!! Hopefully October will be having good news for everybody !!!
 
You are right Saras, POJ makes forum light otherwise Process make us to struck head on desk all the time and cry.

Hooray !!!! ......Got Emails on both Wife and Chiled 2 Cases - They both have been approved......For wife the Card has been ordered for Child2 will need to get PP stamping

Thanks to all on this Forum...for providing important information and keeping my hopes alive.....

Without POJ , Saras, and others I would have thrown the towel in !!!!!!!!!!


Although 4 out of 5 of us have our green card am still fighting to get last son approved and join us in US


His first application got separated from file, so worked before husband was approved, so denied

His second case gat approved AUG 2004 but got LOST !!!

Now Consulate are trying to find out if he should have been approved as they feel he may have aged out !!!!!!!!!!


I am determind son WILL get approval and join us soon. Yesterday attorney sent more e-mails to consulate and congressman

Next step I guess will be to sue

I agree. I think the only reason I still come to this forum anymore is to see what PrinceOfJungle will say next :D :D
