i'm planning to travel first by myself direct after the interview and then after 2 or 3 months my family (wife and doughter) will join me ...
will they give me 2 yellow envelopes for POE?
any one had similar case

You can travel alone for the first entry only if you are the principal applicant. If your wife is, then you can't, she has to be with you to initiate the process.
Honestly, I do not remember if I had 2 envelopes ( one for me, and one for my husband ), or just one with documents for both inside...

Hi all
Anyone please tell me how long does it take to complete the procedures at the POE ? I am landing at JFK , NY.
