POE procedure for B2 visa

Hello All,
My parents are coming to US next month. They have b2 visa. They came last year and they are coming this year for a month visit. I understand that FP and photo is taken at POE. Is there any rules /procedures changed for B2 visa holders? Any thing changed about I-94?

No changes, just FP and Photo.

If your parents are over 79 years old their fingerprints and photos won't be taken.
