POE doubts

I had my consular interview on May 18th and still working with india company.US company (sponsored GC) offered me to join on Nov 15th 2004 and my Alien registration and Immigration visa document expires on Nov 18th 2004.Will this joining at the end of expiry date have any implication at POE? Should I prepone the trip?

Technically, it should not be a problem. But to be on the safer side, you might want to plan a few weeks early, esp. if Murphy is your close friend.

Does your emp. letter have a join on date on it? Though I think it would not matter.
