POE at JFK

My wife is coming to JFK from europe via Delta. She is a permanant resident and has a actual green card in her possession. Can anyone confirm if she can stand in the line for US Citizens (or residents) for immigration clearance at POE at JFK?
 
In most of the aiport POEs citizens and perm residents line is combined (with sign "US citizens and permanent residents"). If JFK has same, yes she can. But if citizen's line is different from perm resident's line, then she cannot stand in citizen's line. Just ask her to see signs.

If anybody can personally confirm what the situation is at JFK, I would appreciate it.
 
Terminal 4 (where most of the international airlines taxi) at JFK has only two section (or line).

a) Citizen & Permanent Resident + New Immigrants (people carrying immigrant visa in their passport)
b) Others.
