A friend of mine got his I-140 approved when he was working for a project in San Jose and is about to file for I-485. As project got ended, he came to New Hampshire to live with me. He gave change of address at USPS to forward his mails to the address here and we came to know that since his name is not on the lease in my apartment, the local postman here would not drop his mails in my mailbox. We are already two people in 1 BR and cannot get him on our lease.
He is thinking of taking a PO Box at the postoffice so that he can get his mails forwarded to that and we could pick them up every evening but he fears that he cannot give PO Box address in his I-485 form. Any suggestions ?
