I am currently H1-B and applying for green card labor certification very soon.
1)If I leave the company or I am laid off before my whole GC process is finished, will there be problem in getting another F,B,H or L visa because I applied for LC before?
2)It is very likely that my company is sold to another company. If this happen, what will be impact on my LC application?
