i am harpreet from India and my father is US citizen and he want to take me to usa but the problem is that he is not my father legally because his name on my birth and other certicates is different from his passport name. And changing name on the certificates is long process. So tell me anyother option that he can take me to usa?
somebody told that he can apply for me on the basis of DNA. is it true?
and if yes then how long is this process?
