my case was transfered from nsc to tsc on apr 23rd 06
any one knows what that suppose to mean?

USCIS transfer cases to other centers to relieve the amount of cases in NSC. You could be approved soon, or maybe not. Nobody knows. I was lucky when they transferred me to TSC, some others are not.

I read in another green-card forum that TSC is now considered a "Backlog Reduction Center (BRC)" so this could be a good news for you--you go to a smaller pile at TSC.
 
Tsc

i am in the same boat. I applied in Sep 2003 and my case transfered to TSC. Still pending. My brother whose PD is in 2005, got his green card.
The funney part is the processing date in TSC for asylum based are not moving. It is still in 2001 while that of NSC moves fast and now they are in 2004.
I am thingking of law suit.

its a great news

my wife case was transferred from NSC to TSC , and withinn one month from the transfer, she got letter for interview at the san francisco local office,

she went for interview and got approved the same day, she got her card one week after the interview.
