Hi , I am F3 category (family visa) beneficiary. Few months back i received letter regarding my immigrant fees + affidavit of support fees.I did send all the ds 230 forms + affidavit of support and all relevant documents of myself, wife and kids. But my lawyer unknowingly just sent my total fees not my wife n kids.I was pretty new to this .Now when i called NVC they said sorry we will only processing your visa since we never received fees for kids n your wife. They told me to write 1 letter asking that they all will travel together. My question ,will they ask me to send again there ds 230 and full affidavit of my mother(petitoner) or they will just ask for the remaining fees of kids and my spouse. I already sent birthcert ,ds 230 and passport copies of my families earlier.already waited 5 months. can any one help in this matter or any knowledge.
