Plz help DS230 and I864 Form

Hello Guys ,I am very confused .My mother received DS 230 n I864 form in USA. Unfortunately she is leaving for India tomorrow.I am here in India too. Can i just send DS230 first and later I864 i can produce at the time of Interview. Because I864 affidavit of support she have to b there sponsoring me. Should i wait and send both together or i can send Just ds 230 to NVC. Will this cause any delay. Please reply me and help. Very new in this field and waited 9 long years. What is VFS CENTRE . When can i go to submit the form there. They also showed to submit DS230 AND I864. Real confused .Plz help where to submit NVC OR VFS.

even if your mom goes back to india she can still put the information in the states it would affect the matter and ask someone she knows to send it for her to the NVC with their address on it. just provide them with the i-864 before the ds230 cuz this is how the process is if you dont want any delays

Thank s for ur reply nfadlalla . Actually one of my friend who had been staying in USA informed me that he took I864 to Mumbai consulate at the time of Interview.Ds 230 he had submitted months before. Mine PD will be current this month(B4 15TH AUG). If i will send I864 to NVC it will be delayed .What do u think if i can take directly to VFS centre here in INDIA .DS 230 i will be sending in couple of days. ANY SUGGESTION PLZ.
