I am wondering how you requested for the bio, or how did you find out where the problem was for you?

My child's derivative GC hasn't come after about 100 days since the approval. Don't knwo why, and I called the USCIS a couple times, the IO just reply "it's normal for within 6 months".

I am so worried about it.

You have to talk to an IO not an information officer or a customer service rep cause them rep have no idea what 's going on with your file. Now the phone number is same 800-375-5283 but at one point you can select the option to speak to someone live. Make sure you try to talk to someone where that file is processed like NSC/TSC.
That's how I found out my Bio was missing & requested them to send me another Bio appointment.

Hi, Rahman, would you please tell me in a bit detail how I can talk to some live, rather than listen to the automated answer machine. I tried many times times by calling 1-800-375-5283.

I never received any request for bio. from TSC. If they have never sent it out, that is OK, but I worry about probably it was lost already------so I am silly waiting their bio letter and the INS is waiting my firger print.

Thank you in adavance.

Sorry Atique I answer some questions here in your absence.

Call 1-800 # and then press #1 for English and then for the rest of the three options, press #2 till the machin will tell you to wait online till you get connected.

Thanks Nasr.
Atique.
