My wife went to India on Advance parole but during her stay AP will expire. I need to know that what we have to do.
can i apply here to renew her AP as a regular process and when approved i send AP to india so that she can come back.

She has to come back before AP expires. You cannot file on her behalf.

You can not even renew with no presence of your wife in U.S either..

I think your Attorney can file it again if he/she filed first time with your wife's G-28 authorization
