1)2yrs and 7 months - Experience in US - submitted W2's,experience letter in company letter head and appointment order and last 2 paystubs.

2)10 Months - Experience in US - submitted W2's,experience letter from coworker (notarized) and appointment order and last 2 paystubs.

3)2 months - Experience in US - submitted W2's,experience letter from coworker (notarized) and appointment order and one paystub (out of 2 paystubs).

4)2 yrs and 3 months - Experinece in India - submitted only experience letter in company letter head.

My question is,I have submitted experience letter for total of 1 year out of my 5 years of experience from co-worker(notarised).

Is it ok? Will they consider the co-worker's letter?

Has anybody who submitted co-worker's experience letter got their I-140 approved?

I tried to search through this form to see,if anybody with experience letter fromco-workers have got their I-140 approved. But could'nt find any posting.

Can anybody pls let me kow if I'm ok.
I'm really worried and don't know what to do.

Thanks.

I dont remember or heard of sending any experience letters from co-workers for I-140 filing. Did your attorney request these?

Notrized experience letters from co-workers should be ok. But USCIS may come back asking you to provide experience letter on company's letter head.

Yes my attorney asked me to submit experience letter while filing I-140.

So what should I do in case the company wont give one.
I wonder what all ppl in my situation are doing?

Do u know anybody who got their I-140 certified with the experience letter from co-worker?

Thanks.
