I-485 filed at CSC May 14th. No receipts yet. Also no news yet on the appeal filed against rejection on the H1B extension beyond 6 years (H1B expired Jan 2001). Rejection was received first week of May. Hoping that some sane guys to work on my case at the service center!

Filed I-485 on 4/18, no receipt till today. My laywer checked the bank check and found it isn\'t cashed out yet!!!!

My lawer telling me that it is taking two months time.

Lawyer has told it will take anywhere from 6-8 weeks for the Notice.

any more filings in May and did any one get a receipt so far? Looks like filings in April are still waiting for receipts. Just attempting to keep this thread going.
