I just sent an email to Senator Barack Obama thanking him. I wish I could sent same email to Senator Dick Durbin.

Thank you for voting "NO" to the Byrd Ammendment to the Budget Reconciliation Bill. Many of my friends who are also in proceedings to obtain permanent residency through employment, are grateful to you and your staff for supporting the various immigration provisions included in this bill.

Please continue your support to those issues until the final bill is signed into law including those very important immigration provisions which concern LEGAL IMMIGRANTS and have nothing to do with ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION as many politicians have mistakingly stated.

Please read the list of bill supporters once again. Durbin voted YES for ammendments.

Mr Durbin said "YES" to the amendment and thus supported Senator Byrd. He had to say "NO" meaning no amendment....that's what I meant..
