My RD is 7/16, so I am expecting my approval anytime...
My H1 and EAD both expire in Sept\'02 and as per my lawyers I need to file for extension 6 months before they expire. They have asked me whether I want to extend my H1 or EAD. I am currently working on H1, so I guess it would be better to get my H1 extended...

Any suggestions?

It is better to file for H1 extension even though you are close to getting your green card approved, just in case if something goes wrong with green card.

It\'s important to know your company\'s view on this - which probably depends on who\'s going to pay for it.

My company is going to pay for it...and the lawyer has been provided by the company itself..
