Hi,
Chennnai consulate declared i am out of status and sent a note to BCIS to take the necessary action. Chennai consulate sent this information to BCIS 3 months back and BCIS is not responede so far.
Above is happend when my wife applied for H4 visa in chennai consulate. Chennai consulate refused my wife H4 visa according to section 221(g) and Still i am in U.S

I am planning to go india very soon. Now My question is if India company trying to send me to U.S on L1 visa what are the chances of getting L1 and My wife L2 visa at chennai consulate

Please share your experience.

why did the consulate declared that you were out of status. provide more details.

not sure whether the consulate will issue L1/L2. it all depends on why you were declared out of status.

consult an immigration attorney immediately and try to solve this here in usa before you leave
