Pls hlp!!180 day company change!

Hi guys,
    From which date INS counts 180 days- RD or ND??I have 3 months difference bet RD&ND...If I change to company B ,can my original company revoke I-140 (after 180 days)

A lot of folks saying it\'s the RD, but to be on the safe side assume ND. I think AC21 also disallows the employer to take the application back once filed.
