Hi,

 ID : 10/99 ND Dec 13 2000

My wife went to India and came back to US by using Advance Parole and EAD.I have a valid H1 until 2003.But I didnt re validated my visa.Thats the reason my wife used AP.
My question is does my status changes from H1 to EAD since my wife used parole. And she got her I-94 until 2002.
