I am filling Form I 129 for TN extension.I have some questions regarding that

In Part 2
3)If you checked Box 2b,2c,2d,2e or 2f give the petition receipt no.
What should i write for the above in the box.

4)Prior petition.If the beneficiary is in the US as a non immigrant and is applying to change and or extend his or her status,give the prior petition or application receipt #.
Agian what should i fill in this box.

This is for first time am renewing TN so i dont know what to fill out.
Pls help n this regard.

in both cases put "I-94 # XXXXXXXXXXX" where the XX's are your actual number.
