pls help

my 140 got cleared last nov and my 485 is 15 months old, I need to change my employer and I know there are no issues, pls let me know that if there is anyway my employer can revoke my 140.
This is haunting me everyday so I thought someone can help me and reslove my issue pls help

Hello,
As far as I know, your employer/sponsor wants you to work for them, that’s the reason they sponsored you in a first place. If you leave them – they can revoke their I-140, if they want.

You can get benefit form AC-21 Act passed by congress and that allows changing employer.

You can change your employer if your I-140 is approved and I-485 is pending over 180 days.
