I have this message from USCIS as below
Application Type: I140, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER

On July 5, 2006, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. Follow the the link below for current processing dates.
So in my case which has been trasnferred to TSC from California on march 21st, and they had RFE on april 4th (all completed and sent out by my attorney) and now the message above was the latest on JUly 5th. Btw mine was 060215xxxx and was filed on october 2005. If anyone has the same experience with me could you please give me what is the usual outcome? I know I have spoken with my attorney and I just would like to know what is other's experience. Thanks all and have a nice evening.
