Pls help, using AC21 unemployment gap

Hi guys,

I have changed job using AC21 passed 180 days, but the main concern was I have about 2 months unemployment gap from old company to the new same job with the different company. You think 2 months gap of unemployment will cause an issue or reject???

they are not bothered about your gap in unemployment. they are only bothered whether you have a similar position or offer when your file is adjudicated.

My case has been approved (after interview). I have a gap of one and half months and worked independently in a contract position for 5 weeks before landing into a perm job.

all of these were discussed during interview and approved.

there are many cases which are approved even without a RFE.
